What the public website processes

You can browse public research and datasets without creating an account. Search and chart filters run in your browser. Comparison links contain selected entity IDs and view settings. The public interface has no advertising pixels, analytics SDK, newsletter form or public account registration.

Technical requests and security

Serving pages and datasets involves connection information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. Operational logs may be processed for delivering the service, preventing abuse and investigating faults. Where personal data is processed for these purposes, the intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functioning publication, subject to a documented necessity and balancing assessment.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive the contact information and message you provide. We use it to respond, handle corrections or address your request. The legal basis depends on the request: legitimate interest in handling ordinary correspondence, steps requested before a contract where applicable, or a legal obligation when responding to a statutory data-protection request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Private studio access

The owner’s private research studio uses separate authentication when enabled. Login email, account identifiers and session information are used to manage authorized access and security. The studio can store editing preferences and drafts locally in the authorized user’s browser. These private features are not part of public browsing.

Providers, retention and international transfers

The current public website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub states that visitor IP addresses are logged for security even when visitors are not signed into GitHub. The static Statvero application does not implement a separate visitor-log database. GitHub describes retention according to processing purposes and legal requirements; the reviewed Pages documentation does not give a fixed visitor-log deletion period. We do not promise deletion after an unverified number of days or EU-only hosting.

GitHub Pages data collection · GitHub privacy and transfer information

GitHub describes international processing and transfer mechanisms in its privacy statement. The account-specific contractual arrangements and the operator’s email-provider and correspondence-retention details still require confirmation before this notice is marked production-complete. GitHub’s documentation is not treated as proof that a particular agreement has been executed for the operator.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can contact Thrive Dev s. r. o. at info@thrivedev.co. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Slovak data-protection authority or another competent supervisory authority.

The current public application does not make automated decisions about visitors or profile them for advertising.
